These Terms of Use govern access to the Site only. Client service engagements are subject to separate written agreements between LaunchPad Inc. and the client. Submission of an application form does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. LaunchPad Inc. has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
